I love to cook, whether outside using one of my BBQs or inside on the stove.

Self-taught, I've learned a few things over the last 20+ years and thought it was time to share some of my tips with the world.

I decided to start a YouTube channel and figured I’d see where this adventure takes me. I will do everything from grilling, BBQing, and smoking meat to showing you how to use a store-bought pasta sauce and turn it into something no one would know you bought.

I love making pasta dishes, beef, chicken, or pork. You won't find a lot of seafood or international dishes on this channel. I'm a meatatarian and proud of it!

Whether you are new to cooking or have been doing it all your life, I'm sure I'll share a tip or two that might help your game to the next level.
