This is my first attempt at using a meat grinder and breaking down a whole brisket.
15 Pounds All Ground Up!
In this video I go over the process of trimming and breaking down a brisket in order to grind it at home. REMEMBER, cold meat, and a cold grinder is important. Partially freeze the meat and the screw, meat pusher, and blade.
The great thing is that you can vacuum seal the extra meat to use for later.
