Since retiring my Offset Rookie channel, you guys continue to ask me questions about my Workhorse Pitts 1975. I decided to repost a few of my older videos to help answer your questions.

How Much Wood Do You Use Per Cook

This is a difficult one to answer because there are so many varibles. Generally you will add more wood every 25-45 minutes, depending on the temp and the size of splits you are using.

Where Do You Get Your Wood?

I order from a local landscaper who also sells firewood/cooking wood.

Does It Leak?

No, it does not, and neither does the cowboy grill option. You will see some leaking until it gets up to temperature and pressurizes, but this is normal.

Worth The Wait?

I waited 6 months to recieve mine. Last I heard the wait was 8-10 months. I def. think it’s worth the wait. They are high quality and I think it’s the best value on the market.

I’ll let you check out the full video for more details.

Thanks for watching
