Smoked Chicken Nachos On The Komodo Kamado
Regular nachos are OK, if you've got no game, but smoked chicken nachos done on the Komodo Kamado are next level.
I think there are few people out there who don’t enjoy some nachos. I personally am not a fan of peppers and beans on my nachos, I like them more basic. What I do love is some smoked chicken and onion on them!

You can smoke the chicken and onion a few days in advance and put these together anytime you are carving a nachos snack.
The Setup
Komodo Kamado at 250F running hickory wood.
Smoke onion for 1 hour.
Smoke boneless chicken breasts until 165F.
When ready for nachos, dice up chicken and topics. You can sauté the onion for even more flavor
Layer, nachos, toppings, cheese, nachos, toppings, and cheese for best results.
Cook for 10 minutes at 350 until cheese is nicely melted.
Serve with sour cream and enjoy

And just like that, you just realized what you have been missing all your life. The smoked chicken and onions really add some nice flavor to your nachos. I bet you will be trying again soon!
