The BEST Smoked Brisket Burgers On A Pellet Grill Yet!
Smoked Burgers 2.0
I am always looking for a way to make a better smoked burger.
Fresh As Possible
To ensure I had the freshest meat possible, I picked up a brisket and broke out my MEAT! 1 horse power grinder. Remove a fair amount of the fat cap and all the hard fat, and you will end up with a nice fat ratio. Cut the meat into cubes or slices, freeze for 30-45 minutes and then grind away.
I like to grind twice to help extract some extra protien and help them stick together better.
Smoke
Smoke them on the top rack until you reach your desired temp. Then open up the diffuser door on the Yoder YS640s and get a nice sear on your burger. Top it how you like it.
In this video I also made smoked ketchup. You don’t know you need this in your life until you try it.
