The BEST Crispy Chicken Wings on a Pellet Grill I've Ever Made
Nailed These Wings!
I've been on a mission to create the ultimate crispy, crunchy, and smoky, chicken wings on a pellet grill and I have finally done it. Take that chewy wings!
Smoke First
First I smoked these wings to get some extra flavor into them.
2nd Rack Sear
Then I broke out a trick from my half chicken video that turned out amazing. I opened the diffuser door on my Yoder YS640s and seared the wings on the second rack. This gave them some high heat, but the distance also gave them some extra cooking time to get that skin nice and cripsy.
