The first time I saw this I immediately thought to myself, if this thing works as well as I think it will, it’s a total game changer for the pellet grill market.

Does It Work?

In one word YES! I have put out five videos on this since I received it. Everyone was a first attempt, no practices, just showing you my hands on experience as I used it. Now, my spatchcock chicken was a little crispy, but it still tasted great. I have made some changes to that recipe since.

You’ll have to watch the full video for my pros and cons, however I will share some tips here.

Success Tips

  • Pre heat it well. The longer the better if you are looking for higher 650+ temps.

  • Get yourself a pizza oven grill brush.

  • Clean your pit before every use.

  • Use high quality pellets. This will help with temps and reduce ash

  • Get yourself a laser temp gun so you can read the stone temps.

  • Learn to make dough. You will thank me later!
