Steak Fajitas, 2 Different Ways

Better Than Skirt Steak! Flap Steak Smoked Steak Fajitas - Click to Watch Video

I cook Fajitas almost once per week. I broke out my Yoder YS640s, some Grill Grates, and the Yoder Griddle accessory and show you two options for making fajitas.

If You Have The Time

Pick yourself up Sweetwater Fajita Bath from atbbq.com and marinate your meat overnight. In this video I show you flap meat which has been my go to for fajitas for some time.

If You Are In A Rush

Pick yourself up Cattleman’s Gill Mexican seasoning from atbbq.com and let it sit on your meat for 15-30 minutes and you will have some great tasting fajitas.

Don’t forget to do yourself a favor and get some tortilla shells from the refrigerated area in your grocery store. They are far better than the ones in the bread isle.
