Rotisserie anything is great and the first accessory I wanted for the Konnected Joe was the Joetisserie.
A Little Too Close
I decided since the Picanha wasn’t going to take that long to cook, that I would use a flat bed of lump to take advantage of the fat dripping down.
That Was A Mistake
Needless to say, this turned out to be a huge mistake. Within minutes I would dealing with a major cloud of smoke! I banked all the coal to the back and saved the day.
I cooked the Picanha to 125F and let it rest to 132F. Turned out perfect!
